All of our 225 Rooms are All Inclusive! We have converted the Las Palmas Hotel in beautiful  Puerto Vallarta into a premier continuing care community. Our accommodations are perfect for vacation stays or permanent residency.

We would love to have you join us for a vacation! We have many people that come for a week long vacation or stay for a few months. We have found that many snowbirds (meaning people that want to get south for the winter) love our community for this. You can stay for a weekend, a week, multiple weeks, a month or for any time frame longer than these. Our current prices for this are as follows:

  • Week Stay (Single person) – $780

  • Week Stay (Double Occupancy) $550 per person

  • 2 Week Stay (Single person) – $1,509

  • 2 Week Stay (Double Occupancy) – $1,070 per person

  • Month or longer (Single Occupancy) $3,000 per month

  • Month or Longer (Double Occupancy) $2,300 per month/ per person

We are happy to welcome full time residents. Retirement communities and Assisted living have become so expensive in the USA and Canada. We are happy to offer an affordable alternative.

 

Full Time Residence with Assisted Living Prices:

We have 40 units that are 1 bedroom suites with a living room and 185 rooms that are studios.

  • Single Occupant – $3,000 per month

  • Double Occupancy (Couple or Shared room) – $2,300 per month/ per person

  • We are still working out our Retirement without the assisted living prices.
